1:1 Coaching

Partnering with the client through building relationships, listening to goals, and providing the coaching and mentoring to help you reach them. Coaching sessions are offered from 60 minutes to 90-minute sessions.

Group Coaching

The session can be customized based on the size and needs of your group. Please schedule a consultation to assess your requirements. Mediation, Team Building, Communication, and Leadership Coaching are available.

Executive Leadership Coaching Level -1

Organizations size 2-15

Designed for the small business Leader. Level 1 Executive Leadership Coaching and Consulting will focus on areas of innovation, accountability, strategic thinking, DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion), and how to have vital conversations.

Executive Leadership Coaching Level -2

Level 2 Executive Leadership Coaching and Consulting will focus on areas of innovation, accountability, strategic thinking, DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion), and how to have vital conversations. Level 2 Executive Coaching will include introductory lessons on how to have a coaching mindset with your staff.

Early Entrepreneur Coaching

Intentional Coaching Course

A course designed to help your leadership team learn the coaching basics and apply them successfully. This course is provided in four, 2-hour sessions.
